About Clinirise
Clinirise is an AI assistant for your clinic’s WhatsApp. It answers patients, books their appointments and sends reminders, day and night, so your reception can focus on the patients in front of them.
01 · Who we are
Built for Indian clinics. And set up for you by our team.
We’re a small team building Clinirise for dental, skin and general practice clinics, with one doctor or many.
When your clinic starts, our team does the setting up. We set up WhatsApp for your clinic, add your doctors, timings and clinic details, and show your team the reception screen. After that, you update your timings and holidays yourself, any time.
02 · Why we built it
Patients message at all hours. Receptions are busy with the patients in front of them.
Patients already message their clinic on WhatsApp: to book, to move a visit, or to ask about timings, fees and parking. Many of those messages arrive in the evening, on Sundays and on holidays, when nobody is at the desk.
During opening hours, the reception is looking after the waiting room and the phone. Messages pile up, and a patient who doesn’t hear back may book somewhere else.
So we built Clinirise. Patients hear back day and night, and medical advice is left to your doctor. The assistant takes the repetitive questions, the bookings and the reminders, and your team stays in charge.

A quick, kind reply, in English, Hindi, Marathi or Hinglish. Medical advice stays with the doctor, and a patient who asks for a person is passed to your team.

Clinirise helps your reception; it doesn’t take its place. Your team can read any conversation and step in whenever they need to, and your clinic decides how its patients’ data is used.

We say plainly what Clinirise does and what it doesn’t. No made-up numbers or reviews, and the full cost in writing before you decide.
