For dental, skin and GP clinics · On WhatsApp

Your clinic’s WhatsApp, answered day and night.

Clinirise is an AI assistant for your clinic’s WhatsApp. It answers patients, books appointments and sends reminders, in English, Hindi, Marathi or Hinglish. Medical advice stays with your doctor.

Watch: a patient books late at night, asks about a medicine, then asks for a person.

Example conversation, shortened · names are made up

Example: late at night, a patient messages the clinic, picks a free evening time and is booked. They ask about a painkiller; the assistant says it can’t advise on medicines, suggests checking with the doctor and offers an earlier appointment. The next morning the patient confirms a reminder with one tap, then asks for a person, and a staff member replies in the same chat. The example can be shown in English, Hinglish, Hindi or Marathi.

  • Set up for you by our team
  • Nothing for patients to install
  • No medical advice
  • Your team can step in any time

01 · After hours

Patients message at 11 pm. Now they hear back in seconds.

Patients write when it suits them: late in the evening, on Sundays, or while your reception is busy with the people in front of it. A message left waiting can mean a patient who books somewhere else.

When your reception opens, last night’s messages already have replies, and your team can read every one.

02 · What it does

Three jobs, done well. So your reception can look after the patients in front of them.

Answers

Answers patients in seconds

Timings, directions, parking, fees, what to bring: answered from your clinic’s own information, at any hour.

Books

Books, moves and cancels in the chat

Patients pick from times that are actually free. Every booking is checked against your clinic’s calendar in Clinirise, and your Google Calendar if you connect it, before the patient is told it’s confirmed.

Reminds

Reminders that help fewer chairs sit empty

A reminder patients can confirm or reschedule with one tap. Patients who miss a visit can get a gentle follow-up message, if you switch it on.

Replies in their language

English, Hindi, Marathi and Hinglish.

Keeps follow-ups on track

Patients due for a check-up or follow-up can be reminded to book their next visit.

Fewer gaps from cancellations

Fewer cancellations end up as empty chairs, without your reception ringing round.

03 · Safe by design

It sticks to the reception’s job. And it hands over whenever a patient asks.

A reception assistant should be helpful, not a doctor. Clinirise sticks to appointments and everyday questions about your clinic and its services, and leaves medical advice to your doctor.

  • No medical advice.

It’s built not to advise on medicines or doses, or to say what a symptom might mean. Patients are asked to check with your doctor and can be offered an earlier appointment. It will still book a visit for a patient who says they’re unwell.

  • Urgent means urgent.

It’s built to spot messages that sound like an emergency and tell the patient straight away to call 112 or your clinic.

  • A person, whenever they ask.

Patients who ask for a person are passed to your team, who reply in the same chat. If the clinic is closed, the patient is told when your team will be back. Your team can step into a conversation whenever they need to.

  • Consent before the assistant helps.

Patients agree before the assistant helps them. They can reply STOP at any time, or send DELETE MY DATA to ask for their data to be erased.

Example conversation, shortened · names are made up

Example: a patient asks to talk to someone at the clinic. The assistant lets the team know, and Priya from reception replies in the same chat.

  • Patient records are stored in India. The AI and WhatsApp (Meta) process messages outside India. Patient data notice
  • Built for India’s data protection law (DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025)

04 · Your team, in control

One simple screen for your reception. On the reception computer or any phone.

See today’s appointments, the calendar and every WhatsApp conversation in one place, updated live. Phone and walk-in bookings go on the same calendar in a few taps. Step in, reply yourself, or let Clinirise carry on. Nobody has to watch it all day.

  • Every chat, visible.

Read any conversation and reply from the same screen.

  • In the loop on WhatsApp.

New, moved and cancelled WhatsApp bookings can reach you on WhatsApp, straight away or in one daily summary.

  • See what it did for you.

A clear picture of what the assistant handled for your clinic.

  • The right access for each person.

Each team member gets access that fits their role, and your clinic sees only its own patients.

07 · Questions

Good questions to ask. Answered plainly.

Will it give medical advice to my patients?

It’s built to stay out of medical advice. Clinirise sticks to appointments and everyday questions about your clinic and its services. If a patient asks about medicines or doses, or what a symptom might mean, it asks them to check with your doctor and can offer an earlier appointment. It will still book a visit for a patient who says they’re unwell. It’s also built to spot messages that sound like an emergency and tell the patient straight away to call 112 or your clinic.

What if a patient wants to talk to a real person?

They just ask. Patients who ask for a person are passed to your team, who reply in the same chat. If the clinic is closed, the patient is told when your team will be back. Your team can also read any conversation and step in whenever they need to.

What if it gets something wrong?

Like any assistant, it can occasionally misunderstand a message. Bookings aren’t left to guesswork: every appointment is checked against your clinic’s calendar in Clinirise, and your Google Calendar if you connect it, before the patient is told it’s confirmed. If an answer needs correcting, tell us and we update it. Your team can read any conversation and step in whenever they need to.

Where is patient data kept, and how do you handle India’s data protection law?

Patient records are stored in India. To write replies, messages are processed by our AI providers outside India, and WhatsApp (Meta) keeps its own copies of messages outside India. Patients are told this before they agree.

Clinirise is built for India’s data protection law, the DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025. Your clinic decides how its patients’ data is used, and we handle it on your behalf under a written agreement. Patients agree before the assistant helps them, can reply STOP at any time, and can send DELETE MY DATA to ask for their data to be erased. Your clinic sees only its own patients. Our patient data notice has the full details.

What about our clinic’s WhatsApp number?

Keeping your current number? We’ll walk you through it on the call. Patients don’t install anything. Clinirise runs on WhatsApp’s official platform for businesses: the approved way for a business to send automated replies and reminders.

Do we have to change how we keep appointments?

A little, and we help. Clinirise offers patients only the times that are free, so all bookings need to be in one place. Your reception adds phone and walk-in bookings on the Clinirise screen in a few taps. If you connect Google Calendar, your bookings show up there, and times you block there aren’t offered to patients. If you use a paper register today, we set up your doctors and timings for you and show your team the new routine. The rest of the setup is a short call and a few business documents for WhatsApp’s own checks, and we guide you through them.

Will it replace my receptionist?

No, it helps them. Clinirise takes the repetitive questions, the late-night messages and the reminders, so your reception can focus on the patients in front of them. Your team stays in charge: they can read any conversation and step in whenever they need to, and they don’t need to watch the screen all day.

How is it priced?

A simple monthly subscription for your clinic, priced for your setup, plus GST. Before you decide, you get the monthly price, any one-time setup fee and how WhatsApp’s own message charges are handled, all in writing.

Your patients are already messaging. Let’s make sure they hear back, day and night.

Book a 15-minute demo, on a call or video, at a time that suits you. We’ll show you a live conversation with our demo clinic, answer your questions and give you the full cost in writing.

Send your message any time; our team replies Mon–Sat, 9 am–7 pm IST.
